Herbal medicine

From the Greek phytos, “plant”, and therapeuo, “to cure”.

It is the use of plants or herbal preparations, "phytomedicines", in various galenic forms to naturally treat the various ailments of your animal's body.

But not all plants are suitable for all animals, one plant can be ideal for a dog but can be poisonous for a cat. A Vitality Check-up is essential beforehand.

Galenic Forms

  • Herbal teas

  • The powders

  • Extracts (EPS)

  • Mother Tinctures

  • Essential oils

  • Hydrosols

  • Floral Waters

  • Oily macerate

  • Glycerine macerate

  • Gemmotherapy (bud)

  • ...

It is not necessarily necessary or useful to use all these forms on each individual. It is therefore the naturotherapist who is responsible for identifying the most appropriate forms. The protocols put in place are therefore specific to each animal and even to each practitioner, depending on the knowledge at his disposal and what he considers to be the most appropriate in each case.
